MELVILLE AVENUE, CROYDON

One of a pair of care homes purchased together which had been empty for a few years and unfortunatley repeatedly vandalised while it sat empty. The seller required a reliable cash buyer who could provide a fast exchange and completion on both properties. Both properties were purchased on a discreet off market basis. Following completion planning was sought and granted for a brand new development comprising 7 luxury apartments.

The project involved the demolition of a substantial  detached property that have been used as a care home for many years. Our team of architects obtained planning convert the building to 5 flats. Following this we looked at improvements to the design and re submitted planning for a brand new building comprising 7 spacious apartments with parking and outside space. This development has now been completed with a number of flats being sold and others retained for investment.
