Matt Power

Director

Matt has been involved in property for over 30 years. After leaving construction college in the 1990's he was involved in construction projects in Surrey and London. In his 20's he moved to Paris and worked for many years on the major refurbishment of a historic building on Avenue Foch. Returning to the UK Matt worked as an estate agent in Putney and for the next 15 years managed multiple offices across London and the South East gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of property, Land & New Homes. During his spare time Matt can often be found in the Surrey Hills exploring with his 4 miniature Schnauzers.

Mark Richards

Director

Mark has also been involved in property for over 30 years. He is the co founder and owner of BW: Workplace Experts, a leading office fit out company and has been involved in many major building projects across the UK and internationally. Mark has a strong background in construction, has a diploma in construction management & economics and is M.C.I.O.B. Mark is also a proud miniature Schnauzer owner and a very keen Kite surfer.
