The Consumer Code For House Builders

The Code applies to all Home Buyers who have signed a Reservation agreement for a new or newly converted Home on or after the 1 June 2016  that has been built by a Home Builder registered with one of the Home Warranty Bodies. 

The purpose of the Code is to ensure that Home Buyers: 

-Are treated fairly; 

-Know what service levels to expect; 

-Are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions; and 

-Know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute-resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied. 

10 year Structural Warranty

For complete peace of mind all of our new buid, conversion and mixed use developments are covered by a 10 year warranty with BUILD-ZONE.
