Busy week for Spring Developments

Its been a busy week for Spring Developments. We've appraised a couple of really interesting sites and are looking forward to moving forward with these. Planning has been granted on our conversion project in Twickenham, we have only have one flat remaining at our South Sutton development. Planning on another development we are working on is looking good with a positive outcome expected in a few weeks time and we expect to exchange on another site in Sutton early next week. As always we are looking to meet with homeowners and agents who have properties that have potential for conversion, development or refurbishment as we continue to commit to the purchase of sites on either an unconditional basis or subject to planning. We are also keen to hear from homeowners who are interested in entering in to partnership with us and working together to explore and realise the full potential of their property or land. Project update

We are pleased with progress at our site in the London Borough of Sutton where the substructure has now been completed and the detached bungalow is starting to take shape. This project has been constructed using SIPs, fabricated off site and assembled onsite over the past 4 weeks. This method of construction provides excellent over all thermal performance with low U values, reduced thermal bridging and excellent air tightness. In addition the property will have air source heat pumps, PV and a Bauder green roof all designed to make the property ultra energy efficient. We are currently working with our Kitchen and bathroom designers and have been working with our architects to improve some of the landscaping design. This detached 2 bedroom bungalow is expected to be completed in December 2024.
