Matt Power and Mark Richards formed Spring Developments in 2016 following long careers in the residential and commercial property sector going back to the early 1990's. Matt & Mark both have hands on experience working in property, construction, residential and commercial property development.
Matt & Mark favour a friendly, proactive & very hands on approach. Our experience enables us to provide fast, measured decisions, our approach is to be flexible and find the win win in every situation. We are passionate about property, straight forward, trustworthy, reliable and strong believers in great communication.
Spring Developments is a property development and property investment company focused on the acquisition of all types of residential & commercial property. Our experience and strong track record of purchasing properties quickly using cash funds often means we are approached directly by owners, executors & legal representatives. We aim to secure properties quickly on an off market basis, we offer bespoke flexible terms to suit all situations and can often commit to an exchange of contracts taking place within 7 days or less. We have a keen interested in the purchase of properties which have been left empty and are derelict, uninhabitable, unmortgageable or problematic. We also purchase land for development and properties that have potential for conversion or future development.
